What does TEKAB do?
TEKAB Teknikkonsulterna i Sundsvall AB is an engineering consultancy that designs electrical, telecom and control systems for buildings. We work across design, inspection and consulting, from feasibility study and cost estimate through to completed documentation and final inspection. Design work is done in AutoCAD MEP with the MagiCAD electrical application, and lighting calculations in the latest version of Dialux Evo.

Offices, schools, housing, industry, swimming facilities and EV charging infrastructure. Assignments include Permobil's head office in Sundsvall, concept preschools for the municipalities of Sundsvall and Ånge, Baldershallen, and the arena lighting in SCA Arena.

Energy use and environmental thinking
Energy and the environment matter both to us at TEKAB and to many of our clients. We work with energy measurement and efficiency, produce energy performance certificates, and take operating cost and energy use into account while the systems are being designed rather than afterwards.
