TEKAB Teknikkonsulterna i Sundsvall AB is an engineering consultancy that designs electrical, telecom and control systems for buildings. We work with design, inspection and consulting, and have 12 employees with an office in Sundsvall.
Design work is done in AutoCAD MEP with the MagiCAD electrical application. Lighting calculations and visualisations are made in the latest version of Dialux Evo.
Offices, schools and preschools, apartment buildings and care homes, industry such as power stations and wastewater treatment plants, and sports, event and swimming facilities. We also establish charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.
Yes. We inspect electrical and telecom systems as well as control and monitoring systems, and document deviations so they can be corrected ahead of handover.
Yes. We take on project management and coordination responsibility, and can also produce budget and production estimates for the project.
Yes. We produce energy performance certificates for properties and also work with energy measurement and efficiency improvements in existing buildings.
Yes. We make lighting calculations and visualisations in Dialux Evo, both for indoor environments and for arena and outdoor lighting. The arena lighting in SCA Arena is one example.
Our clients include Permobil, Svenska Kraftnät, Sundsvalls kommun and Ånge kommun.
Yes. Since 2024 TEKAB has been part of XPartners Group. The business continues to be run from Sundsvall with short decision paths.
