What data we collect

When you submit the contact form we process your name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. The data is used to answer your enquiry and for continued contact if it leads to an assignment. We do not use it for anything else and we never sell it on.

Legal basis

The processing is based on legitimate interest, namely being able to answer enquiries directed to us. If the contact leads to an assignment, we process the data on the basis of contract.

How long we keep it

We keep the enquiry for as long as it is needed to handle the matter. If it does not lead any further, it is deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. If it leads to an assignment, the data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts, and thereafter for as long as accounting and contractual requirements demand.

Who else processes the data

The contact form is handled by Formspree Inc., which acts as data processor and forwards your message to our email. Formspree processes data in the USA. Our email is handled in Microsoft 365. The website is hosted by Lovable.

Cookies

The website sets two necessary cookies: __dpl, which our hosting provider uses to serve the correct version of the pages, and __cf_bm, which is set by the hosting provider's security layer to distinguish visitors from automated traffic. Both are required for the site to work and do not require your consent. If you accept visitor statistics, the cookie session-id is also set. It contains a random identifier and is used to count visits and page views. If you do not accept, it is not set and no statistics are collected. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookies link in the footer. The fonts are served from our own server, and the map on the contact page is only loaded from Google Maps when you click it. No content is loaded from third parties unless you choose it.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to have data erased, to request that the processing is restricted and to object to the processing.
